This service will offer an intake
recommendation that is personalized, improved and updated as needed to
provide for you a working lifestyle plan. Updating and fine tuning of your
program will be provided and access to all program modifications and information
will be maintained for 1-year.

personalized to you taking into account information collected about you. These

analysis of your current intake over weekdays and weekends.
This Complete Program may

analysis of three days intake and adjustment to a recommended optimal
nutrition program based on your activity level, weight management or
fitness/competition goals and evaluation of:

Recommended macro and micro nutrient sources

Recommended
foods and supplements to support performance or weight goals.

of caloric intake and expenditure coupled with your goals and an
explanation of how this affects weight management and athletic

and non-exercise days will be included and recipes supplied.

all assessment reports, relevant tools and information including your
personalized eating program and workout schedule, if applicable.
