Comprehensive Nutritional Evaluation and Recommendation

coupled with a Personal Website and 1-Year Maintenance

 

          This service will offer an intake recommendation that is personalized, improved  and updated as needed to provide for you a working lifestyle plan. Updating and fine tuning of your program will be provided and access to all program modifications and information will be maintained for 1-year.

 Recommendations will be personalized to you taking into account information collected about you. These include:

  •  Your Activity Level

  • Your current weight and bodyfat levels

  •  Your personal goals and performance demands

  •  An analysis of your current intake over weekdays and weekends.

 This Complete Program may include for you:

  • An analysis of three days intake and adjustment to a recommended optimal nutrition program based on your activity level, weight management or fitness/competition goals and evaluation of:

    • Macronutrient Balance (protein, carbohydrates, and fat)

    •  Micronutrient Balance (vitamins and minerals)

  • Recommended macro and micro nutrient sources

  •  Recommended foods and supplements to support performance or weight goals.

  •  Estimation of caloric intake and expenditure coupled with your goals and an explanation of how this affects weight management and athletic performance

  •  Sample meal plans designed around your specific goals. Meal plans for exercise and non-exercise days will be included and recipes supplied.

  •  A personalized password-protected web page that contains progress reports, all assessment reports, relevant tools and information including your personalized eating program and workout schedule, if applicable.

  •        Access to the client-side portion of the website providing nutritional information including:

    •         Research articles

    •         Information on Foundation Diet Planning

    •         Performance Diet Planning

    •         Suggested Meal Plans

    •         Recipes and Cooking Tips

    •         Food Lists

    •         General Health information

    •         Access to a database of health and disease related articles and references

    •         Unlimited web/e-mail questions

    •         Worksheets to calculate

    •          Metabolic Needs

    •          Bodyfat levels

    •          Performance Athlete Intake

 

Included with your analysis are up to four personal follow-up consultations and review as needed and unlimited web contact and support. If you are currently involved in a performance or training program, I will work with you or your trainer in order to find the best choices for you.

     Additional Services offered in conjunction with your Goal Program at a reduced rate:

  •  Basic Running, Cycling or Triathlon Fitness Training program

  •  Recipe analysis, design and/or reconstruction

  • Additional face-to-face consultation at a reduced rate
