Basic Evaluation Program
Comprehensive Nutritional Evaluation and Recommendation
This service will offer an assessment and
adjustment to your current intake that is personalized and based on information
about you. These include:

Your Activity Level
o
Your current weight and bodyfat levels
o
Your personal goals and performance demands
o
An analysis of your current intake over weekdays and
weekends.
The initial evaluation and
analysis of your intake will provide for you:
o
Comparison of the three days
analyzed and provision of a recommended optimal nutrition program based on your
activity level, weight management or general fitness/competition goals.
o
Macronutrient (protein,
carbohydrates, and fat)
o
Micronutrient (vitamins and
minerals)
o
Recommended macro and micro
nutrient sources
o
Recommended foods and
supplements.
o
Estimation of caloric intake
and expenditure and an explanation of how this affects weight management and
athletic performance
o
Sample meal plan with recipes is included.
Included
with your analysis is a personal 1-hour consultation and review. If you are
currently involved in a performance or training program, I will work with you or
your trainer in order to find the best choices for you.
