Comprehensive Nutritional Evaluation and Recommendation

 

          This service will offer an assessment and adjustment to your current intake that is personalized and based on information about you. These include:

 o       Your Activity Level

o       Your current weight and bodyfat levels

o       Your personal goals and performance demands

o       An analysis of your current intake over weekdays and weekends.

 The initial evaluation and analysis of your intake will provide for you:

o       Comparison of the three days analyzed and provision of a recommended optimal nutrition program based on your activity level, weight management or general fitness/competition goals.

o       Macronutrient (protein, carbohydrates, and fat)

o       Micronutrient (vitamins and minerals)

o       Recommended macro and micro nutrient sources

o       Recommended foods and supplements.

o       Estimation of caloric intake and expenditure and an explanation of how this affects weight management and athletic performance

o       Sample meal plan with recipes is included.

Included with your analysis is a personal 1-hour consultation and review. If you are currently involved in a performance or training program, I will work with you or your trainer in order to find the best choices for you.
