        Do you learn better visually and by direct guidance? This may be exactly what you are looking for!

        This service is limited in availability and features personalized on-site education and cooperative planning and execution. This program is for individuals or families that want to eat right, want to make a change, but need to know how to do it and would like to have guidance at their side.

What this Program is:

  • A 4-week plan designed around weekly sessions. More weeks may be added as needed. Each session will usually be from 60 to 90 minutes long and will involve education and training side-by-side in your home or at an appropriate location. Together, you will learn:

    •  Selection and preparation of the best foods for you or your family.

    • The best food choices at the grocery store from store selections and labels. (Meet at your favorite grocery).

    • Methods and tips for healthy food preparation.

    • Step-by-step, how to build a menu or a meal plan.

    • How to evaluate and reconstruct a recipe to make it healthier.

    • How to read food and supplement labels.

    • How to select foods from a restaurant menu. (We will sit with menus from your favorite restaurants)

    • How to select and prepare foods for work or school.

    • How to arrange your meals around work and exercise.

This plan includes features as you need found in other plans as

  • Recommended macro and micro nutrient sources

  •  Recommended foods and supplements to support performance or weight goals.

  •  Estimation of caloric intake and expenditure coupled with your goals and an explanation of how this affects weight management and athletic performance

  •  Sample meal plans designed around your lifestyle. Meal plans for exercise and non-exercise days will be included and recipes supplied.

  •  A personalized password-protected web page that contains relevant tools and information you need in order to eat right forever,

  •        Access to the client-side portion of the website providing nutritional information including:

    •         Research articles

    •         Information on Foundation Diet Planning

    •         Performance Diet Planning

    •         Suggested Meal Plans

    •         Recipes and Cooking Tips

    •         Food Lists

    •         General Health information

    •         Access to a database of health and disease related articles and references

    •         Unlimited web/e-mail questions

    •         Worksheets to calculate

    •          Metabolic Needs

    •          Performance Athlete Intake
