Team Program
This is a performance-based program designed
for sports teams or a group of members that wish to work together towards a
common goal.
This Program will be
planned around a sport season or towards a specific goal, such as a race or
competition event. Recommendations are made based on the metabolic needs of the
goal and service offerings include:

Consultation with coaches, trainers and/or team leaders to outline specific
team goals.

Meetings with the team to discuss nutrition as pertains to: Foundation
Eating for heath and fitness, Specific needs and strategies to the team
goals, Supplementation for performance and recovery.

Pre-Season Meeting – Preparation and Planning

Mid-Season Meeting – Assessment and Preparation for High Level
Competition

End-Season – Eating for recovery in off-season and for Performance and
Weight Management

Recommended macro and micro nutrient sources

Recommended foods and supplements to support performance or weight goals.

Estimation of caloric intake and expenditure coupled with your goals and an
explanation of how this affects weight management and athletic performance
Sample meal plans designed around your specific goals.

plans for exercise and non-exercise days will be included. A team
password-protected web page that contains relevant tools, collected
Questions and Answers, and information including a recommended eating
program tailored to a workout schedule, if applicable.

to the client-side portion of the website containing detailed information
about foods, supplements, sources, recipes, reading, etc.

Unlimited web/email access and consultation.
