Meal Plans - Tournament Plan

This is an out-of-town plan. Travel is on Thursday afternoon and play commences Friday. Maintaining blood and muscle energy stores is the name of the game here. Balanced meals, but with higher carbohydrate feeding is recommended and provided. Dinner is assumed to be at a National Chain. Breakfast is assumed to be continental. You will need to pack some supplemental foods.
