Meal Plans - Weekly

For days of late practice or activity, or days off, here are a couple of meal plan ideas to give you an idea of nutrient timing.

Daily Menu - No Practice Here is a day plans for a school or work day. A balanced day eating schedule is in place.

During the Week Days 1 and 3 are pack-a-lunch and eat at home. Snack are provided in the afternoon and evening.

Day 2 - Breakfast is solid and Post workout Drink is provided. Day 2 lunch is Pizza Hut. Danger!! Stick to the low-fat menu and portions. Pizza Hut can be a direct route to fat.
